While The Pulse is closed, our live virtual classes are back! Check out the timetable and get your January fitness goals underway in the comfort of your own home.
Each class is led by a member of our fantastic Pulse team, giving you the opportunity to exercise with our instructors whenever and wherever you like. We'll be running some taster sessions on Facebook Live, too, so be sure to check them out and see what our classes are like.
Don't forget, if you're a Pulse member, you receive access to all of our live-streamed and on-demand classes for free as part of your membership! Alternatively, our virtual classes are available for just £7.50 per month. You can also choose to pay per class.
