Our studio is host to a wide range of fantastic classes. From strength-builders like Kettlebell, Resistance Conditioning and Strength Circuits, to dance-based classes like Zumba, Piloxing and Strictly Fitness, and a wide range of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates classes, the studio has something for everyone – whatever your age or level of experience.
