Choreographed Workout Classes

Aerobic-style classes are the backbone of our studio classes, and we have a wide variety of styles for you to choose from to enhance your training.

Please arrive five minutes prior to the start of your class. If you have booked into a class and are unable to attend, please contact Reception so that your space can be offered to someone on the waiting list.

Aerobics

An easy to follow, mixed impact class set to motivating music that works your cardio fitness and is great for weight loss. Don’t worry if you've got two left feet – the moves are repeated so you can pick it up in no time.

1980s Aerobics

A really fun way to get fit, combining simple moves with a touch of dance and flare. While a fabulous eighties soundtrack supplies the perfect tunes to get you motivated, it also strengthens and tones, providing a terrific cardio workout.

Strictly Fitness

A fun-filled dance style class that combines ballroom and Latin American dances with fitness. In this high-energy class, you can expect to dance your socks off while doing some of Strictly’s favourite dance styles. Not got the best rhythm? No need to worry as long as you keep dancing!

Piloxing

This fusion class combines dance, Pilates and boxing, providing high energy intervals and optional barefoot training to burn calories, increase stamina and improve balance.

Zumba

Inspired by pulsating Latin moves and red hot international dance steps, you don’t have to be a natural dancer to enjoy this class.

Les Mills Body Combat

An empowering class inspired by martial arts, set to a mixture of motivating music to get you through a high intensity calorie burning workout. No martial arts experience needed for this body-blasting workout. You can also try Les Mills classes at home with the Les Mills on Demand app.

Freestyle Aerobics (The Next Generation)

This class is an aerobic dream. It starts with basic moves which gradually build into slick combinations, and includes a mixture of low and high impact moves making the class suitable for everyone. Two left feet? Don’t worry as you can keep to the basic pattern!

3STEP

Specially designed by The Pulse’s fitness team, 3STEP combines step aerobics, strength and conditioning training and Pilates-style toning and stretching. This ultimate one-hour workout has everything you need to stretch, tone and burn those calories!
