Pilates, yoga, tai chi and stretch all form part of our Unwind and Re-Energise programme. Discover your inner calm while improving strength and flexibility.

Pilates (Mixed Ability)

In this class, you’ll concentrate on lengthening and strengthening the core muscles by focusing on good technique, precision and control of movement to reduce the risk of injury and to enhance injury recovery. A variety of levels makes this class suitable for beginners to experienced Pilates participants.

Hatha Yoga

A relaxing and gentle class that helps align body and mind. Through mindful movement and breath awareness we release tension, improve suppleness and restore balance. Each class includes energising and calming yoga postures, at first lying on the mat and then standing. All abilities are welcome. You can bring a blanket for the guided relaxation at the end of the class.

Vinyasa Yoga

This class teaches a simple flowing style which combines standing poses, transitions, balances and floor work.  Classes focus on developing strength, condition, flexibility and create a space for mindful reflection and relaxation.

The class promotes inclusion, diversity and encourages a spirit of play and healthy challenge whilst maintaining a deep respect for the fact everybody’s body is different.

Yoga Fusion

A fusion of different yoga styles influenced by BKS Iyengar, Vanda Scaravelli, the Bristish Wheel of Yoga and Inner Yoga Trust. The emphasis during physical instruction is on postural alignment, safety, and tailoring each posture to suit the needs of the individual. We also teach breath work (prananyama), which relaxes the nervous system and brings focus and calm to the mind. Each session ends with a short yoga relaxation.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi consists of soft, relaxed slow movements and is recognised as being good for stress, balance, and general health.

An ancient Chinese internal martial art that uses slow and graceful movements to improve posture, balance, flexibility, general health and relieve aches and pains. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

It is excellent for relieving chronic back, neck and shoulder pain when practiced regularly.

 

 

Core Fusion

Core Fusion is a low impact conditioning class with a focus on core stability, strength and flexibility.

Core Fusion puts quality over quantity, allowing participants to let go of the need to compare or compete with others whilst exercising.

Good posture and body alignment are key to this style of workout.

There is a gentle consideration that if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. Gearing you up nicely for the week ahead.

Stretch and Meditate

Unlock body and mind with this unique blend. Our Stretch and Meditate session is concentrated on stretching the whole body out and ensuring relaxation. So leave the pressure of life at the door as you unwind!

Pilates Ring

Based on the core principles of Pilates training and breathing patterns, our Pilates ring, or magic circle, provides all-round, intense conditioning.
