Always wanted to give Pilates a try? Join Ange for a special beginners’ workshop!
Our two-hour class will give you the foundations you need to build a healthy Pilates practice for life. We'll give you a brief overview of the history of Pilates, including the difference between yoga and Pilates, and explain the core principles of Pilates, such as breathing, concentration, control, centre, flow and precision.
We'll then take you through the basic movement patterns, helping you to better understand essential breathing and control techniques that'll let you get the best out of your workout.
