The Pulse is a Stroud District Council leisure facility located in the heart of Dursley town centre. We offer a wide range of classes and activities for all ages in our pool, gym and studio.

Pool

Our pool offers a wide range of classes and activities for the local community, as well as regular public swimming sessions.

Gym

We’re proud to have a well-equipped fitness suite with cardio machines, resistance training machines and a free weights area.

Kids

We’ve got loads of great things for kids to get involved with throughout the year, from swimming lessons to activity days.

Studio

The studio is home to our wide range of health and fitness classes, from spinning and yoga to circuits and aerobics, and much more!

We offer flexible membership plans for adults and students to help you make the most of The Pulse.
