Reintroducing Our Non-Attendance Policy

From 1 April 2022, we will be reintroducing our non-attendance policy.

The number of no shows for bookable swimming, spin and fitness classes are on the rise and are causing frustration for people trying to book onto those sessions.  Weekly, we regularly exceed 300 non-attended bookings across all activities!

As a result, we will be reintroducing our non-attendance policy from 1 April, which will lock accounts if you don’t attend a booking or you fail to check in at reception prior to the class taking place.

Should you need to cancel a class, please do so on the Pulse app, through our online booking portal, or by calling the Pulse on 01453 546441 – if we don’t answer, leave a message and we’ll be able to cancel the booking for you that day.
