Did you know that we receive a huge volume of no shows on our class bookings? It's really easy to cancel your booking on the app if you know you can't make a class – just follow our handy guides.
Cancelling a booking
If you can't attend a class and need to cancel your booking, simply head to 'Manage Bookings' on The Pulse app. From there, you can choose the class you need to cancel and you simply need to tap the 'cancel' button. Here's a video guide to show you how.
Taking yourself off the waiting list
If you joined the waiting list for a class instead, the cancellation process is a little different. You need to choose your class from the Book a Class list, and you can then cancel your place on the waiting list. Here's a video guide to show you what to do.
Of course, you can always call our team on 01453 546441 if you're having trouble cancelling a booking! However, please note that we cannot cancel bookings via Facebook or Instagram as these inboxes aren't monitored at all times.
