Make Your Own Healthy Ice Lollies!

We've got a fun recipe for you to try at home this summer – make your own frozen yoghurt lollies!

Ingredients – serves 4–6

  • 500ml Greek or natural yoghurt
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or jam
  • A handful of fresh or frozen fruit, such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or bananas


Making these frozen yoghurt lollies couldn't be easier.

Mix your plain yoghurt with honey or jam to sweeten.

Then, stir in your fruit of choice. We think these flavours work really well:

  • Greek yoghurt with honey and raspberries
  • Vanilla and blueberry – just add a few drops of vanilla essence or some vanilla protein powder to your yoghurt before you add the fruit
  • Strawberry and banana – use strawberry jam for a burst of sweetness!

When you're ready, pour the mix into your lolly moulds. If you want to make your lollies look even more amazing, try pouring the yoghurt/honey mix in first, then adding the fruit in after so you can make sure you can see the fruit along the sides of the moulds. 

Freeze overnight until solid and enjoy!
