Coconut oil is a very versatile product – it can be used for skincare, haircare and in recipes! Some of the benefits of using coconut oil for cooking are its high smoke point and longer shelf life. It’s also a great animal-friendly substitute to butter!

As we’re all aware, fat is an essential part of a healthy and balanced diet – it’s a source of essential fatty acids, which allow our body to absorb fat-soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K.

With the colder season drawing in, it’s important to make sure you have a healthy balance of vitamins to ensure that you have a strong immune system.
