Boditrax is a medical grade body composition and goal setting device that is widely used in hospitals, Premier League football clubs, F1 racing team, universities, hotels and fitness gyms.
This simple set of scales monitors body composition using advanced bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology. When standing on the scales, the Boditrax signal passes quickly through the water held in hydrated muscle tissue but meets resistance when it meets fat tissue. This resistance, also known as impedance, is measured and input into scientifically validated equations that calculate body composition measurements.
