Feeling the stress of school life, or even just being a teenager? This workshop for secondary school students will help you to reduce stress, focus and be ready to face whatever challenges come your way! 

Imagine there’s a bucket you carry with you which slowly fills up when you experience different types of stress. Sometimes, you feel strong enough to carry a lot of stress, but it’s important to find activities that help you lighten the load. In this workshop, Mandy Johnson will give you a tried and tested toolkit using mindfulness and other techniques to help you learn to focus, regulate your emotions, manage stress and create a more positive outlook. Come along and give it a try!

Mandy Johnson BA (Hons) PGCE LLAM (Hons) M Ed DipBSoM and Mindful Life Coach is an award winning practitioner and regularly teaches Mindful Meditation at Primary and Secondary schools throughout Gloucestershire, using her own approach that also incorporates NLP, sound and Drama as therapy for Emotional well-being.
