Pilates for Menopause

Our brand-new workshop, led by Ange, will show you the holistic benefits of adding Pilates to your daily routine during the menopause.

Menopause may be inevitable, but that doesn't mean that you can't do anything about it. Adding Pilates to your routine can be hugely beneficial, and our new workshop will show you how. During the workshop, we will:

  • Explore and share the symptoms of menopause and how it affects us all 
  • Talk about HRT vs herbal, and share what's worked for us
  • Help support each other on our journey
  • Explore the benefits of including pilates into your daily routine
  • Lead you through a Pilates routine tailored for everyone

This two-hour class is aimed at all levels from complete beginners to regular pilates followers, and adaptations will be included. In the class, you'll gain a better understanding of how our bodies and mind can work together to embrace the changes and reduce the stress of womanhood.
