Want to add strength training to your fitness regime but have no idea where to start? Our beginner's course will give you everything you need!
Focusing on lifting technique, our new beginner's course will have you working through the upper body, lower body and finally, looking at a whole body focus. Plus, you'll receive a personalised programme written just for you to help you progress outside of the weekly session.
Our Intro to Strength Training course takes place across six weeks, running at 2.30pm to 3.30pm every Saturday from 21 May to 25 June.
