As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re putting on a number of introductory meditation sessions, helping you to relieve stress and find your mental balance. Achieved in isolation or as part of another activity such as yoga, meditation is about total relaxation. It can give a excellent sense of wellbeing and when incorporated as part of your daily routine, can offer great benefits.

We’re pleased to be joined by Jules from Sheamah Holistic Therapies, who will lead each meditation session on the following dates:

Wednesday 15 May – 8pm–9pm
Saturday 25 May – 2pm–3.30pm

If you attend the session, please bring a pillow and blanket to aid your relaxation.
